Our state-of-the-art CNC equipment allows us to handle a wide range of custom sizes:- High-Volume Production: Wire diameters from 0.005″ to 0.250″.

If you prefer to design it yourself, we also provide a proprietary online spring configuration tool to help you generate your own CAD drawings.6. What information do you need to provide an accurate custom quote?
To ensure precision and a fast turnaround on your quote, please provide:- Detailed CAD drawings or precise sketches.
- Critical dimensions and tolerances (both linear and angular).
- Specific material requirements, including preferred grades and necessary certifications.
